  1. Skaergaard S-K 1300 Technical Report Summary — SLR, 13 July 2026, Table 1-1

July 2026 resource: 15.00 Moz PdEq Indicated; 17.49 Moz PdEq Inferred. Effective 3 July 2026. Figures are on a 100% project basis, not attributable to Greenland Mines’ 80% interest. Option for the remaining 20%. Indicated: 153.6 Mt at 3.04 g/t PdEq. Inferred: 177.5 Mt at 3.07 g/t PdEq. This estimate predates the 2026 field programme. PdEq = Pd + 2.258 × Au + 1.048 × Pt (grades in g/t). Assumptions: US$3,500/oz Au, US$1,725/oz Pd and US$2,100/oz Pt; recoveries of 89%, 86% and 80%, respectively; NSR cut-off US$84/t.

  2. Skaergaard field programme completed — 1 October 2026

4,480 metres of diamond drilling in 17 completed holes. Next-stage processing testwork, resource evaluation and Initial Assessment. Additional critical-mineral possibilities are not included in the resource figures or assigned economic value here.

  3. Sarfartoq acquisition completed — 2 September 2026

Acquisition closed 1 September. ST1 resource, effective 31 July 2026: 6.9 Mt Indicated at 1.60% TREO and 5.3 Mt Inferred at 0.96% TREO (rounded). These are the combined open-pit and underground (Hybrid) scenario figures, verified against GeoSim / Tetra Tech’s Sarfartoq Mineral Resource Estimate, Table 1-8. They are separate from the report’s standalone mining scenarios. Neo retains offtake rights for up to 60% of future ore or concentrate. Planned technical work includes infill drilling, pilot metallurgy, engineering and environmental studies.

  4. Sarfartoq field programme update — 24 September 2026

Three-week mapping, outcrop survey and sampling programme completed. Assays pending at that update. Sampling alone does not establish grade, tonnage or economic viability.

  5. U.S. Department of Energy — Electric motors R&D

Permanent-magnet electric drives and alternative motor designs. Not all electric vehicles or wind generators use rare-earth magnets.

  6. Johnson Matthey — Catalytic converter materials

General palladium/platinum catalyst applications; formulations and operating requirements vary.

  7. TE Connectivity — Aircraft connector design

Gold-plated contacts in aircraft and harsh-environment connectors. No exact product or customer relationship depicted.

  8. U.S. Army — An elemental issue, 26 September 2019

Enduring examples of rare-earth material uses only. Original summary; historical market shares, platform quantities and project forecasts omitted. NdFeB and SmCo have different application requirements.

  9. U.S. Space Force — Pituffik Space Base

Missile warning, missile defence and space surveillance. Geography does not establish a relationship with Greenland Mines.

  10. Neo — Sarfartoq transfer completed, 2 September 2026

All outstanding target shares transferred; Neo retained equity exposure and rights to up to 60% of future ore or concentrate. Definitive offtake arrangements remain forward-looking.

  12. Greenland Mines — Financing & board update, 29 September 2026

More than US$59 million raised over the preceding week. This is a dated financing figure, not a current cash balance or market valuation. Company stated funds support planned programmes and 2027 milestones. Board additions: Blair Jordan and Peter Love.

Resource basis & development status

Mineral resources are not mineral reserves and do not demonstrate economic viability. Inferred resources have lower geological confidence than Indicated resources. Equivalent-metal quantities depend on prices, recoveries and cut-offs in the underlying technical reports; they are not payable metal or production forecasts. Planned studies, potential offtake and development priorities are forward-looking and depend on technical results, funding and approvals.
