Corporate website preview. Content reviewed against the supplied corporate presentation, technical reports and subsequent public announcements through 8 October 2026.
Mineral resources
Mineral resources are not mineral reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability. Neither Sarfartoq nor Skaergaard has declared mineral reserves in the referenced reports. Inferred resources have greater geological uncertainty than Indicated resources and should not be assumed to convert to a higher category or to reserves.
Sarfartoq resource figures refer to the hybrid open-pit / underground case, effective 31 July 2026. Skaergaard figures are on a 100% project basis, effective 3 July 2026; the company holds an 80% interest. PdEq means palladium equivalent and depends on the pricing and recovery assumptions in the technical report. TREO means total rare earth oxides.
Development plans
Plans for studies, processing pathways, resource upgrades, permits and future production are forward-looking. Actual outcomes depend on technical results, financing, approvals, market conditions and execution. Mineral resources and preliminary assessments do not establish commercial production capability. Please read the risks, assumptions and full qualifications in the original company disclosures.
Portfolio interests
Sarfartoq is held through the acquired Neo North Star group; Neo retains offtake rights for up to 60% of future ore or concentrate. These rights are not current sales. Skaergaard is 80% held with an option for the remainder. The announced AnorTech option exercise toward a 19.9% interest remains subject to closing conditions; its assets and technology belong to AnorTech.
Materials & imagery
Component illustrations describe general uses of elements, not Greenland Mines products, customer relationships or manufacturing capabilities. The animated 3D component and application studies are interpretive, not manufacturer CAD, product designs or performance simulations, and are not to scale. The silver roadster uses a licensed exterior visualization model. The silver aircraft uses a licensed Citation II exterior visualization model. Transparent cutaways and component placement are interpretive, not engineering representations of those vehicles or evidence of their actual component chemistry. No manufacturer affiliation or supply relationship is implied. Strategic films use documentary footage, without asserting exact component chemistry or a relationship with Greenland Mines. Defence examples concern general material applications, not company defence contracts. Pituffik’s missile-warning, missile-defence and space-surveillance missions are geographic context only. No relationship between Greenland Mines and Pituffik is asserted. The Sarfartoq and Skaergaard project photographs and drill-core images were extracted from the supplied August 2026 corporate presentation. Atmospheric imagery and the hero animation are the approved brand imagery, used as Greenland context rather than project footage. AnorTech’s Gronne Bjerg photograph is sourced from AnorTech’s resource page. A reversible blue-toned treatment unifies the photography; no geological features have been generated or replaced.
3D exterior model credit: “Tesla Roadster 2020” by vecarz, CC BY 4.0. Modified with silver materials, texture removal, coordinate normalization and an illustrative cutaway. Tesla is a trademark of its respective owner. The same exterior is reused as an illustrative shell in the catalyst view; exhaust catalysts apply to combustion vehicles, not battery-electric cars.
Aircraft exterior: Citation II model from FGMEMBERS/FlightGear, copyright Curtis L. Olson, Ludovic Brenta and chris_blues, licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later. Adapted with retracted gear, silver materials and normalized coordinates; simulator light billboards and duplicate surfaces removed. Strategic media: U.S. Air Force/Senior Airman Citiyah Burton, F-15E aerial footage (2 November 2016, DVIDS video 519799), and Master Sgt. Natasha Stannard, F-15E Strike Eagle B-roll (30 September 2020, DVIDS video 771440); U.S. Air Force/Samuel Morse, Staff Sgt. Franklin Harris and Senior Airman Brooke Wise, Ka’ena Point radome interior (14 September 2022, DVIDS video 866991); U.S. Marine Corps/Cpl. Alpha Hernandez, advanced manufacturing capabilities at Camp Kinser (9 March 2022, DVIDS video 833982); U.S. Space Force/Senior Airman Kaitlin Castillo, Pituffik satellite-tracking radome (4 April 2023, DVIDS image 7763172). The satellite-tracking footage is from Hawaii, not Greenland. The flight montage combines two source reels and does not represent one continuous flight. The machining sequence illustrates general downstream manufacturing, not rare-earth refining, magnet production or a Greenland Mines operation. These references illustrate application context, not a verified component composition or company supply relationship.

Market information & updates
The investor centre embeds TradingView’s quote and chart widget for NASDAQ:GRML. The provider automatically updates the widget; data is delayed, not a real-time consolidated Nasdaq quote. TradingView’s U.S. stock widget feed uses Cboe One data and may differ from other venues. Check the displayed timestamp, currency and market session. No simulated or manually estimated share price is displayed. SEC filings are fetched from the SEC submissions API and cached; a clearly dated snapshot is provided when the feed is unavailable. The news collection is editorially selected and dated, not a continuous automated news feed.
